Communication

Communication is an integral part of a successful project. SCI listens to our client’s needs and structures our projects and our interactions to ensure those needs are met.

We communicate with vendors in every discipline along every step in the build process to make sure everything goes smoothly.



Safety

Safety is a top priority for SCI. We’ve developed company policies and procedures to prevent injuries. Our employees are skilled and trained in safety, including OSHA and MSHA, and most are certified to operate all equipment utilized for building erection.

Our .79 EMR Safety rating is a testament to our commitment and professionalism.



SCI’s strict quality control standards are evident throughout the many buildings we have erected within the lower 48 states. We take pride in our workmanship throughout the process and it is evident in our commitment to making sure the end product is what is specified, meeting or exceeding the owner’s expectations. Meet Our Team

Mike Reynolds

President/Majority Owner

As president of Systems Contractors Inc., Mike Reynolds has been an integral part of the Systems family for over 21 years. Recognized throughout the industry for his extensive knowledge and expertise. Mike also resides on the Board of Directors for the Steel Erectors Safety Association of Colorado (SESAC), Metal Building Contractors and Erectors Association (MBCEA), and Metal Building Institute (MBI).
“In 2021, Mike was inducted into the Metal Construction Hall of Fame.”

Earl Raymond

Vice President

Earl Raymond has over 30 years in the metal building industry. He was voted into his position with the Metal Building Contractors and Erectors Association (MBCEA) by his peers for having a proven track record in the industry and his extensive knowledge. Earl helped to create the Metal Building Institute which provides educational and training programs to contractors and erectors. In 2010, Earl received the Robert & Beverly Ketenbrink Service Award for his service and contributions to this industry.

Ron Dostie

Sr. Estimator

Ron joined Systems in 1993 after being honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps and attending college. Over the years Ron has attained numerous erection and product installation certifications. He is also MSHA certified and up to date and well versed on the many OSHA requirements relevant to our industry.

Glen Simon

Senior Project Manager/Estimator

For over 25+ years I have had the opportunity to manage projects of various sizes and uses throughout the States; from Fed-Ex Buildings in PA, Sports Arenas in AZ and now in CO; along with Government Building’s. I have had the opportunity to work with Architects and Engineers along with owners in providing work that exceeds expectations by building quality into the product life cycle.

Enforcing compliance with OSHA requirements and facilitating daily record keeping to ensure safe and clean work sites.
Negotiating commercial, residential and government contracts with both General Contractors and owners.
Purchasing labor and materials from sub-contractors and managing their schedules and work as well.
